Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips on a blender.
  2. Add the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top with additional chocolate chips.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180C for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for about 20 minutes. Remove from loaf pan, slice and enjoy!
