
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
Steps
- Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips on a blender.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Top with additional chocolate chips.
- Bake in the oven at 180C for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for about 20 minutes. Remove from loaf pan, slice and enjoy!
