- 1 lb boneless chicken, diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Steps
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, turmeric, and chili powder for 30 mins.
- In a pan, melt butter, sauté onions until golden, add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add marinated chicken, cook until browned.
- Stir in garam masala, tomato puree, and salt. Simmer until chicken is cooked.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice.
