Steps
- Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Lay a bamboo sushi rolling mat on a flat surface, place a sheet of nori on the mat.
- Wet your hands and spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Arrange crab, cucumber, and avocado along the bottom edge of the nori.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a little water.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
