Banana Blueberry and Choco Chips No-sugar  Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 200g blueberries
  • Choco chips (as desired)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, baking powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork. Stir in the choco chips and combine evenly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto the tray.
  4. Evenly distribute the blueberries on top of the mixture. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy your healthy, no-sugar cake! 😊
