Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach and Ground Meat

Ingredients
- 10 large mushrooms
- 250g ground beef
- 200g fresh spinach
- 50g grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Hollow out the mushrooms.
- Sauté ground meat and season.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Bake mushrooms for 5 more min.
