Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach and Ground Meat

Ingredients

  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 250g ground beef
  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 50g grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Hollow out the mushrooms.
  3. Sauté ground meat and season.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Bake mushrooms for 5 more min.
