Start by detaching the broccoli sprouts from each other. Put them in a pan with olive oil over medium heat and add some water to prevent them from burning.
Cut the shallot and garlic in thin slices and fry them in a lot of frying oil. When they are fried, take them out of the oil. Add the chilli flakes and chilli powder to the oil. Add also some sugar and salt to this chilli oil and mix.
Put your ricotta into a bowl and add the lemon zest, a little bit of lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
First spread a thick layer of ricotta on the plate, then sprinkle the chili oil over it and lastly place the broccolini on top.
