- Nori sheets, torn into small pieces
Steps
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a simmer.
- Divide cooked ramen noodles into bowls and ladle the hot broth over them.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, boiled eggs, and torn nori sheets.
