Masala Chai

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 4 teaspoons loose tea leaves
- 4 green cardamom pods
- 4 cloves
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- Sugar to taste
Steps
- Boil water with spices and grated ginger.
- Add tea leaves, simmer for 2 mins.
- Pour in milk, bring to a boil.
- Strain chai into cups, sweeten to taste.
