Ingredients
- 800g of salted cod
- 1kg of potatoes
- 4 onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1dl of olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Start by soaking the cod in water for 24 hours, changing the water 3 times.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
- Peel and slice the onions and garlic.
- In a pan, place a layer of potatoes, a layer of cod, a layer of onions and garlic, and a few parsley leaves. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover with water and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes.
- Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
