
Ingredients
- 200g sweet potato
- 100g carrots
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Peel and dice the sweet potato and carrots into smaller cubes.
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a baking dish, toss the sweet potato, carrots, onion, and garlic with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon steaks on top of the vegetable mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
