Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound them to an even thickness.
- In a bowl, mix sundried tomatoes, olives, feta, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on one half of each chicken breast and fold the other half over.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
